    CLASSIC & WELL-APPOINTED

    The Roatan Aggressor is a fine vessel for exploring the region and for kicking back to enjoy some serious vacation time.  You'll be able to get in a lot of dive time but for relaxing between the dives, the top-deck partially covered sundeck, located at the center of the deck, features a wet bar with stools, a table & chairs, bbq, CD equipment and a big hot tub. At the aft of this deck, is a large open area with several sun-loungers.  The inside lounge has plenty of space to stretch and watch movies, listen to music or work with your digital photography. Also onboard is a computer station with email access and a dinghy for shore excursions and diving.

    The spacious dive deck has personal gear lockers with in-place air and Nitrox fill stations, a rinse tank and a camera table with low-pressure air hoses. The large swim platform has two warm freshwater showers and two water exit ladders.

    The menu onboard is varied with its fresh local fruits and veggies, island seafood and locally grown meats.  You'll have Caribbean and American cuisine along with barbecues. If you have any special dietary restrictions, please be sure to let us know when you book. Breakfast will be fresh fruits, hot entrees, cereals and juices. Lunches are buffet-style dinners are served tableside.

    PROFESSIONAL CREWS

    Captains and staff are professionally licensed as required by the laws of the country in which the yacht operates and complies with and the appropriate flag state regulations and/or SOLAS (International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea) standards. All yachts are required to follow Aggressor Fleet® Standard Operations Procedures (SOP). Dive instructors and dive masters are trained and certified by international recognized certification agencies. Each receives proficiency training and annual inspections to review safety aspects.

    ITINERARY

    The Bay Islands of Honduras consist of eight islands and 53 small cays located off the northern coast of Honduras.  The Roatan Aggressor dives what is know as the best of the Bay Islands in the Honduras.

    Generally speaking, this is a circumnavigation of the island of Roatan with visits to Utila and the seamounts of Cayos Cochinos

    You can expect sheer walls, beautiful shallow reefs, some good wrecks and offshore sea mounts.   You're likely to encounter every type of Caribbean reef fish imaginable, including French and queen angelfish, butterfly fish, tangs, and parrotfish. Plus there are always turtles, jacks, eagle rays, octopus ... and ever so much more.  On the outside of the reef, you can expect to see sharks and barracuda patrolling along with plenty of large pelagic fish.

    Saturday - Boarding
    Sunday - Thursday: up to 5 dives per day
    - Monday: Roatan (West End or South side Roatan)
    - Tuesday: Seamounts & Cayos Cochinos
    - Wednesday: Utila
    - Thursday: Utila/Roatan
    Friday - Roatan (West End or South side Roatan) for two dives, lunch then return to dock, sunset cocktail party/dinner ashore

    TRAVEL & CRUISE LOGISTICS


    Several airlines run direct flights to Roatan Airport (RTB) at Coxen Hole, just 7 miles from the dock.  The Roatan Aggressor liveaboard departs for scuba diving trips from the dock located at Romeo's Restaurant in French Harbor, Roatan. Boarding is from 3:30 pm - 6:00 pm on Saturday. Depending on what time you arrive, you may want to take a taxi to Romeo's Restaurant and store your bags on the boat, then have lunch until boarding at 3:30 pm. Or from the airport you may take a taxi to Aggressor's host hotel, Clarion Suites at Pineapple Villas in French Harbor, have lunch their and enjoy their facilities for an additional charge.   

    At the end of the week, you'll return to the dock at Romeo's Restaurant on Friday afternoon after lunch (2 dives offered Friday). A sunset cocktail party will be hosted on the sundeck with dinner ashore. This is the only meal not included in the charter. Check-out is Saturday morning at 8 am. The crew will assist organizing transportation back to the Roatán International Airport or the host hotel if you are extending your stay.
