Purpose built for discerning divers

Gaia Love has a total of 4 large decks; lower, main, upper and the top/sundeck.  She is a modern steel-hulled vessel which was purpose-built to sail and explore the far reaches of the Indonesian Islands.  The enormous top deck is fully dedicated to sundeck/leisure area and features a bar for evening gatherings and relaxation under the stars. If you prefer to dine outdoors, this will be the perfect area to enjoy your meals. Sufficient shelter is available here as well as unshaded areas for those who wish to soak up some sun.

Six luxurious rooms, each with sliding doors opening onto a small balcony, are found on the upper deck.  In these cabins, you can enjoy panoramic views and spectacular Indonesian sunsets & sunrises.  On the main deck, you will find the indoor air-conditioned lounge and restaurant which offers an entertainment centre, a pantry and all the facilities and creature comforts to make you feel really at home.  The lower deck offers the additional 5 comfortable rooms with ensuite bathrooms.

The dedicated and experienced crew will ensure all your needs are more than catered to, there is also an on board massage service to ease those tired diving muscles at the end of the day.

Restaurant-style dining

On Gaia Love, meals are served at the dining tables by the crew, giving you the opportunity to relax and enjoy your dining. The onboard chef will prepare a delicious daily menu for both lunch and dinner and meal orders will be taken by the crew.  Daily menus are usually either Asian fusion style or with an option for one international choice and one local choice.

Diving made easy

At the rear of the main deck is a large dive deck with plenty of space for divers to get into and out of their kit.  On the dive deck are also 11 large rinse tanks of various sizes for camera setups of all sorts. The boat deck is slightly aft of the dive deck where two 5.5 metre diving skiffs are at the ready providing easy boarding for divers.

Photographers and videographers love state-of-the-art camera room for preparation and maintenece of their equipment before and in between dives.

Itineraries include the most popular regions of Indonesia - Komodo, Raja Ampat, Forgotten Islands, Ring of Fire, Banda Sea, Maumere and Alor. Trips to specific regions are, of course, based on the best time of year to experience the region's finest diving.

Your cruise logistics

We will provide all travel details at time of booking and would be pleased to help you book your domestic flights in Indonesia. The Indonesian airline schedules change frequently and we advise clients that it's better to avoid internet bookings as those bookings can be difficult to change. Also, please note, the boat's scheduled departure time varies depending on current domestic airline schedules so they are not listed here. We'll inform you at time of booking and will keep you posted on changes.  The following airport list will help you with general planning for your international flights.

Komodo & Alor & Flores:   International hub Bali-Denpasar (DPS)
The Forgotten Islands:  International hub - Jakarta (CGK) and Bali (DPS)
Raja Ampat: International hub - Jakarta (CGK)
