Apo Island, a diver's heaven, has been a well-preserved marine sanctuary for the past 20 years with a reputation as one of the most diverse and beautiful collections of corals in Asia Pacific.
Other than of a couple of drift dives with large schools of jacks & barracudas, the underwater world here is about corals, fish and exotic creatures – including those found in some amazing muck dives. The corals are wonderful & varied.
You'll get staghorn, potato and lettuce coral formations along with table coral, black coral and multi-colored soft corals and sponges. Living amongst all of this are nudibranchs, pipefish, ghost pipefish, frogfish, tiger shrimps, flamboyant cuttlefish, scorpion fish, razor shrimps, soft coral spider crabs, arrow crabs, candy crabs and spiny devilfish.
Well you get the picture!
